NN/g is a world leader company in the UX field, founded by Don Norman & Jakob Nielsen.

Their website's codebase was 15 years old, written chiefly by contractors. Marie set up a strategy to resolve the debt and improve accessibility and security. She introduced Architecture Decision Records to the development team. She led the team migration from React JS to Vanilla JS. This work was coordinated with the planning, framing, and developing of the redesign work and new features, allowing the team to improve the quality while maintaining a good delivery pace.
